ABOUT ME

Jenny Hernandez is a marriage and family therapist who uses holistic and therapeutic techniques to help individuals and couples to grow their personal development through mindfulness therapy. Her goal is help you find balance within yourself and release traumatic experiences. She has studied various cultures and backgrounds and is always researching ways to see the other side of the story. “I will always be a researcher of the world. As a therapist and a spiritualist, I utilize my knowledge and gifts to help move the world towards growth, success, and happiness.”

Jenny has knowledge and practice in Reiki healing. Through her experience and training’s, she has gained a holistic mindfulness approach to therapy; focusing on self development and through understanding the past, finding peace with the present and planning for the future. She knows what how to find a path to understanding yourself and your journey as a couple.

Through applying and understanding the narrative, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), love language, family history she can help you make sense of this time in your life. "It’s not mastering the feeling of the week. It is about how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them."

Jenny has obtained a Masters in Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona College and has a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in student services in counseling.
